What pet parents say about Commonwealth Bank Pet Insurance

Jeannette d The staff are great, however the Commonwealth Bank is useless, stand in line to see a teller for 35 minutes is ridiculous, whoever thought up how you set up a branch needs their head read, Tellers constantly have to leave their station to talk to sidelines staff and clients. You make billions hire some staff and streamline customer relationships.

NickyNoo This Bank is DEFINITELY not recommended for personal nor business banking. We have used the bank for over 50 years and would give a "0" rating if we could. The staff do their best however the CBA has little interest in serving the needs of its customers. Even though we are share holders, we do not respect the way the CBA treats its clients nor its cumbersome and inefficient IT system. Perhaps it has become too large - one part of the bank collects information but fails to communicate with other departments and then another letter is generated. When mistakes become obvious, the CBA does not apologise to the customer and attempts to 'bully' its way through. It is my intention to never again recommend this bank for any personal or business. It must be discouraging for the CBA staff to have to continually fix mistakes. The smaller banks provide a much better banking experience.

Alan W. What can I say. Nothing positive. They go from bad to worse. After 18 years of rubbish from this bank which is a laughable word for what they are. We are moving to a new banking institution who have dine everything we asked for within a week we as Cba could do at all. Honestly what an absolute waste of time they are. CAN what a load of rubbish. I cant speak any more lower of them with out being rude.
