I just wanted to leave positive feedback regarding our Petbarn pet insurance. After my dog needed intensive veterinary care I’m so relieved that Petbarn actually did what our policy said they would do. When signing up for pet insurance you never know if it is going to be legitimate or if you’;re going to get stooged. I’m so relieved to say that claiming was a straightforward and smooth process and the response from Petbarn was really quick. This helped to alleviate some of the stress that arises when a pet is unwell. Thus I highly recommend Petbarn pet insurance based on our positive experiences.

Very happy
This is my first insurance claim. My cat needed surgery for a fractured leg & amputation. The vet proceesed everything with the insurer. I waited approx 20 – 30 minutes to be approved with no hassles what so ever. I also had minimal out of pocket expenses which I am truly grateful for. I am very happy with Pet Barn & yeah I will be telling all my friends / family to choose them. The vet even said to stick with them.

Pet Barn were excellent. I’ve insured all 3 dogs with them since birth and when my dog had a life threatening injury they gave pre-approval at the time he was admitted to hospital which allowed me to make an informed decision at the time. As it turned out they paid more than my entitlements under my policy but they honoured it anyway. When dealing with a very sick animal it was very comforting to know they honoured their promise and there was no additional cost to me – this is a high integrity company. Highly recommend
