Petbarn Pet Insurance Reviews from Australian Pet Owners
Petbarn was good until they raised their premiums by more than 23%!
I’ve been with Petbarn since 2018, since then my premium has increased significantly despite making very little claims. This year alone they want to increase my premium by a staggering $200+, making it a 23% increase. I understand that my pet is one year older and inflation will affect the price, but inflation is nowhere near 23%! Unfortunately because of this I have decided to cancel my policy as it makes more sense to set aside money and cover any vet bills myself as they are usually less than $200, rather than paying for pet insurance AND excess on top!
