RSPCA pet insurance

I’ve been with RSPCA pet insurance for my Corgi the last 3 years since she was a puppy. I can’t fault them with their prompt payment on any claims I’ve made (mainly for grass allergy medication) during that time. However unfortunately I have felt the need to discontinue my policy for my dog due to the rise in the cost of the yearly policy. It has doubled in that time. When I called to discontinue the policy, Kai (from RSPCA Insurance) was extremely understanding & not at all forceful about me needing to continue with it. Instead she gave me 3 months of free insurance while I reconsidered keeping the policy going. She also suggested other insurance alternatives that RSPCA offer that I hadn’t considered. I am very happy with RSPCA, so if you have the budget, please use them. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks Kai for your care and interest in my case.

Our dog who sadly passed away last week was ensured for about 7yrs with RSPCA. We had nothing but good experiences. The last claim I did was for his very last vet hospital visit where he was sadly euthanised. RSPCA offered their condolences to us and even cancelled the policy. Very good customer service with the heart in the right spot.

At the moment due to being in financial trouble I spoke to RSPCA pet insurance on my options. They were very understanding and helpful with my options on my pet insurance policy.

I contacted to cancel my insurance as the premium had gone up which I could no longer afford and since my fur baby was really at the stages where no amount of insurance could cover for old age. the wonderful customer service staff Benedict was very supportive and offered to waiver the next month (just in time for Christmas!) and if I still wanted to cancel to call in and cancel with no strings attached. this was a great surprise and came at a great time with Christmas around the corner. I was very thankful for the service to know that my fur baby could still be covered during her most vulnerable time.

I called RSPCA today to discuss the way I was being charged for Luna’s insurance. I have been reviewing all of my outgoings as I am not working. I spoke June, he so was kind a caring about my situation and offered me 3 months cover for free whilst I am not working so Luna was still covered and to ease my financial pressure. I was gobsmacked to say the least! I highly recommend RSPCA for your insurance options for your loved 4 legged family members, they go above and beyond! I am so very grateful for the kindness shown to me today.

My cat is getting older now so I need to use the insurance more than ever before. Making claims has become so much easier now that a claim can be made by the vet and it is processed within minutes. My insurance helps me to make decisions for my cat’s welfare without the worry of whether I can afford to pay. Thank you for your service.
