Outrageous price gouging if you ask me….time to change.
We started our insurance just over 4 years ago when we got our golden retriever puppy. It has gone from $70 per month to $170 !!! Outrageous price gouging if you ask me….time to change.
I would highly recommend them apart from the annual increases being way too steep.
We’ve been with RSPCA pet insurance for 3 years, and premiums have just increased to $280 per month from $215, the service has been great, the claims process is easy I would highly recommend them apart from the annual increases being way too steep.

Premiums gone through the roof for no reason whatsoever. Gertrude us deliberately avoiding my calls to resolve my cancellation and continue to take money out of my bank account when instructions were clear not to do this as it is in dispute. Empty promises and I absolutely detest being lied to. It’s all about money and nothing to do with pets or customer service.
