Great value for my bulldog Nancy
I’ve been with bupa pet insurance for 6 years for my bulldog Nancy. The policy has been fantastic value and bupa have been great to deal with. Just recently I had a great experience with Katrina. I would definitely recommend.
Good service
I had misunderstood the claim coverage and left a negative review – Gertrude called and talked me through the policy and I realised the policy is on a par with other providers. It was good service and right now I’ll stay with BUPA but will shift to the zero excess next year.
I will definitely remain with Bupa for my insurance.
I have had BUPA pet insurance for the last 16 years and have been very happy with the prompt refunds and customer service that I have received. The website is extremely easy to use and the claims processed quickly. I will definitely remain with them for my insurance.

I have been with Bupa for a lifetime. Pet Insurance for our new Pet Lucy was very affordable and easy to claim vet visits with Gap Policy. My Policy was set up with Jessie speedily very happy with service and Product.

Have had this basic (dog) cover for over 8 years, when transferred from another company (4 years) that decided to no longer provide pet insurance cover. So 12 years cover from new puppy to (now) a 12 year old Border Terrier still healthy and enjoying life at a slightly slower pace. Discussed the renewal with BUPA who, as a thank you for long term loyalty – 8 years pet, over 50 years personal health, – offered to waive the first 3 months of the renewed policy. This was gratefully accepted as there was the usual annual increase in premiums, and as pensioner, this offer has saved me a substantial amount of money. I appreciate the interaction with ‘Rome’, the BUPA consultant who was considerate and understanding. This has reinforced my own loyalty to BUPA, and will hopefully continue for many more years.
