12yo Senior Dog showing signs of Bloat 9pm Friday night of Long Weekend. Huge Belly by the time we arrived at Emergency Vet 1hr drive. Claim Lodged by Vet on Sunday, Public Holiday Monday and Prosure Pet Ins sent Claim Verification Email. Reimbursed 80% of Total Bill Paid into our Bank Thursday. They also Cover your Senior Dogs for their Life which a lot of Ins Companies stop at around 8-9yo. Downside is Cost goes up every year but latest Emergency Bill was $5,500 so out of Pocket $1100 and didn’t have to make a decision of putting him to Sleep because I didnt have that much money. I will keep Gold Cover as long as I have my Old boy as well as our 11yo Male. This is his second Bloat in just over a year so I have made use of the $$$ I have paid all these years.

I have recently had to put in a claim for my dog who had a mass removed from his back. This was a very stressful time, waiting for the results. My vet surgery submitted the claim for me, and within two days I had received payment. The service they provide is truly outstanding. Thank you Prosure!

Ive been a Prosure customer for 16 years are my Labradors have benefited from kind and empathetic service and claims processing that by anyone’s standards is rapid. They have been kind and supportive when my elderly Labradors died, receiving a very supportive letters and this helped a great deal. The policy clearly outlines its benefits and entitlements. It’s easy to claim online and receipt of benefits very prompt. approx 4 day turn around. I have been with this company for approximately 20 years.

We have two Westies, Mack and Sophie, and we love them dearly. Having Prosure Gold coverage gives us peace of mind that their health is well catered for and we’re not out of pocket with huge expense.

We just lost our Old English Sheepdog (Baxter) to GVR. At nearly 13 years of age, our beautiful boy suffered testicular tumours, breast cancer, pancreatitis, benign tumour near his eye, heart atrial fibrillation requiring regular monitoring and medication and sadly GVR (vet didn’t give much hope of surgery). In every case, we never worried about the cost, we could pursue the best level of care for him knowing his insurance would be there. With the introduction to online claims, it made the process so much easier and less stressful. The one time I had a query about a refund, prosure staff looked into it and sorted it straight away. I was devastated to have to cancel his cover after his passing but Prosure will be our first port of call when the time comes for a new furry family member.

For 9 years I have dealing with Prosure I have found the process of claiming has been swift and their coverage is exceptional. I highly recommend.
