Pet Circle pet insurance

Customer Service is excellent. 1st claim submitted took 15 days to resolve. I waited knowing with the 1st claim they do a pre-existing assessment, but I initially thought 2 weeks was excessive, since the problem was an bite from another cat (no pre-existing there). Once I spoke with Customer Service and found out the trouble was on the VET end (Vet said they had no record of Ruby ‘Smith’, because Ruby was listed as Ruby Atkins, my husband’s last name). Pet Circle resolved it very quickly. Lesson learn – make sure the last name of your pet at the VET matches the last name on the Policy. The only down side was they didn’t contact me to tell me the VET said they did not have my cat on record. Upside – my 2nd claim was settled in 1 day. Again Excellent Customer Service.

I’ve had to claim twice on my insurance and both times the claim process was super smooth and easy. The first time I had to give previous vet details so they could get my pets history, the second time I only had to upload the vet receipts and the claim was paid out the next day. So much of a stress reliever! Great premium price as well so I have no hesitation in recommending Pet Circle insurance.

The policy pays 75% of claims. I have been with them for 2.5 years. I have only made one claim to date. The insurance service was very efficient & the Uni Vet team submitted Bonnie’s claim for me so very hassle free. The Insurance team communicated with me via email all steps until the claim was paid.

I like the “no frills” approach as there’s no need to cover for all of the things that we expect to pay for our pets anyway like yearly consults and vaccinations, registration, worming etc. All these types of covers just increase the premiums. That’s what is good about Pet Circle Insurance is lower premiums for the unexpected.

I chose Pet Circle insurance for the best value amongst all the other purchases that need to be made when welcoming a new puppy and kitten home. It was easy to set up and I’m so glad I did as I was needing to claim within 3 months of taking out the policy!! Lodging a claim was an easy process, correspondence via email was timely and speaking with support staff was always warm and helpful. I would definitely recommend taking a policy with Pet Circle!

Amazing service. We have a young puppy that needed emergency treatment twice once with an overnight hospital stay. Not times my claims were paid with in two days. So fast.

Once a claim is lodged, they have reimbursed me within a week, and they’ve been great. Their email claims system is buggy for now–my vet clinic’s emails tend to get lost in their inbox. But it’s speedy if you upload the invoice directly to the insurance portal and let them contact the clinic directly for notes. I’ll update this review if anything changes.
