This policy is terrible value.
This policy is terrible value. I have had the policy for 5 years and for four of them I have had an annual increase of 22-27%. The reason given is the age of the dog and potential conditions of the breed. The issue is they knew the dog was going to age and its breed when I got the policy. If they were transparent they would have factored in that information when the dog was a puppy and offered a price which annualised that information from the start. Instead they get you in with a $25 policy which has gone up to $130 in 5 years.
