I've spent $5000 on wasted tests due their negligence.
Paid $1235 for my 3 yr old dog to have an ultrasound to find root cause of frequent UTI’s. Discovered she has only 1 kidney which is also failing. Tech advised she would send through full report with recommendations. This was not done! UTI after UTI and $5000 spent, I believed my vet was working from the ultrasound report to find the cause. Finally went to a vet specialist who also sought report. Greencross assured all parties would receive it. They made multiple excuses about the delay but deceitfully never sent it. Went back to Emergency Greencross vet a few weeks later who read screen notes to say ‘report was never done’. Contacted Practice Manager & received the ultrasound some SEVEN MONTHS later. My pup’s deteriorated kidney has been in distress for 7 months and I’ve spent $5000 on wasted tests due their negligence.

Unprofessional came in to get a check up on stitches for them to take hin walk in to the room and not even a minute later walk out when I asked about pain medication completely avoided the topic will never be coming back here and and neither will my friends or family
