Our first experience with pet insurance, we didn’t think we would need it but then it hit us, our fur baby got sick. Real insurance made things so easy, the staff were friendly and understanding, the claim was easy (even my husband could fill out the form) and refund within days each time.

Love the Gap
We have had real pet insurance for about 16 years and have not had any problems with claims. I feel what we pay per fortnight is good. Claims are paid within a few days. And now they have the GAP payment. It takes about 10 minutes of your time but all you have to pay it the difference. If your vets has it i recommend using it.
