Price increase a bit much
The price jump to increase one level of cover was exorbitant. Long term customers and those who don’t claim should be rewarded, in my opinion.
I found the process to be quite clunky
I found the process to be quite clunky, having to repeat myself multiple times and phone calls not being returned when they were promised. I also got a call to complete my insurance process when I had already set it up so not sure what happened there.
I haven't had much contact
I haven’t had much contact, but when I joined the staff were helpful with explaining my options of cover.
Let down in follow up on my enquiry
Assisted with qte on my insurance needs price has increased from previous year – customer support indicated, she would also email across information regarding Cyber Security insurance details yet to receive.
