The Team at Fairy Meadow, NSW are excellent. Tina on Reception is patient and always accommodating during stressful times. Dr Sandy is an amazing Vey who remembers details, (don’t know how she does it with so many fury patients). if you have recently grown your family, I would highly recommend this practice.

Cheryl and her team at Greencross Vet in Joondalup Perth WA have been looking after my 2 cocker spaniels since they were puppies and have always had very good service, one of my dogs in particular has had chronic ear issues since he was tiny and we have made very frequent visits to the practise for horrible rod bacterial infections I’ve found that i have been able to ask advice and been referred to other services, prescriptions filled from other vet services, and I’ve been able to talk to them about my boys Behavorial issues which doesn’t make him an easy patient my neighbours and friends in the area all use this vet so i think it speaks for itself 🙂

I have never seen Billie so relaxed with a vet before! Matt’s knowledge and treatment methods have been exceptional for Billie’s cardiomyopathy condition. Paid $1235 for my 3 yr old dog to have an ultrasound to find root cause of frequent UTI’s. Discovered she has only 1 kidney which is also failing. Tech advised she would send through full report with recommendations. This was not done! UTI after UTI and $5000 spent, I believed my vet was working from the ultrasound report to find the cause. Finally went to a vet specialist who also sought report. Greencross assured all parties would receive it. They made multiple excuses about the delay but deceitfully never sent it. Went back to Emergency Greencross vet a few weeks later who read screen notes to say ‘report was never done’. Contacted Practice Manager & received the ultrasound some SEVEN MONTHS later. My pup’s deteriorated kidney has been in distress for 7 months and I’ve spent $5000 on wasted tests due their negligence.

Unprofessional came in to get a check up on stitches for them to take hin walk in to the room and not even a minute later walk out when I asked about pain medication completely avoided the topic will never be coming back here and and neither will my friends or family
