Thank you Bow Wow Meow. I’ve never before had pet insurance and I’m super happy with how easy you are to deal with. Any question I’ve had has been answered quickly and to my satisfaction. Super happy to have both of my precious girls insured with you.

We have been with Bow Wow Meow now for 8 years,they have been fantastic with all claims made.Would highly recommend to anyone looking for pet insurance,it’s peace of mind knowing we are looked after.. Just before Henry our Golden Retriever was one,he started having seziures,lots of vet visits & testing was done with specialist vets & overnight stays,all claims were payed out within 24 to 48 hours of lodgement know questions asked..It helped make a very stressful few weeks easier knowing Bow Wow were there❤️❤️

Ok. I’m not complaining about the cover or anything else. That’s great. But the customer service is up the creek! My daughter and I have three pets with Bow Wow. Benji dog. Mickey dog. Aslan cat. Benji is not on any portal at all. I am trying to pay but can’t. I called this morning early to pay. Couldn’t pay because in Manila system down. I received a call a couple of hours later saying system still down and couldn’t tell me why Benji not on portal. Said he would call back in 4 hours. Didn’t happen. So I rang again. Got Manilla. Asked to be transferred to a supervisor in Australia. Waited and waited. Just music. The type that drives you crazy. Then person came back on and said no supervisors available and I would receive a call in 24 to 48 hours. This is absolutely shocking Customer Service. I’ve made tens of calls and sent many emails trying to sort this mess out. Not one reply to my calls or emails. In the meantime I am getting more and more frustrated. Bow Wow Meow! Answer my calls and emails!!! Well great news today! Gertrude from Customer Service called me. We had a long chat and she was more than great! It’s amazing when this happens and I am a happy customer once again. She has addressed my problems and more! Thank you so much Gertrude. I appreciate your wonderful assistance and I’m a happy camper again. Many thanks.

Each contact I have with the BowWow customer support team is consistently excellent. Equally as important is the easy and prompt claims processing. Thanks BowWowMeow claims, customer support crew for this and of course the leadership team for investing in your team and systems.

Would not be without Bow Wow insurance I feel that I can take my dog to the vet if needed and know that he will be given the best treatment and it won’t cost me an arm and leg to get him better and also very swift remuneration is given by using the gap payment
