Been insured for with these for 9 years, no problem, no claims, very careful about managing risk. Now being told after 9 years of perfect operation I can’t be insured for that because I don’t have a qualification.

I also made a wrong choice paying for a whole year one day ago, and wanted to change it to monthly like I have done in previous years. Not possible.

I will be looking elsewhere for insurance next year.

They were not able to assist with my insurance needs and transferred me to another broker. I had to repeat all my details again and wasted a lot of time in the process.

The price jump to increase one level of cover was exorbitant. Long term customers and those who don’t claim should be rewarded, in my opinion.

I found the process to be quite clunky, having to repeat myself multiple times and phone calls not being returned when they were promised. I also got a call to complete my insurance process when I had already set it up so not sure what happened there.

All went smoothly, you left voice message for me after emails, which was helpful… and further contact was also well handled. And friendly.

Cost of insurance reasonable and on line process pretty easy. My only complaint is each year there is always a delay receiving my quote due to a complaint I had with the ombudsman in 2019. I have to address the same incident every year even though I was exonerated. I think they should change the question to since your last application has there been any new complaints.

The staff were very friendly and explained everything clearly, making the insurance process easy to understand. I really appreciate their help and highly recommend them!

I lodged my application in the evening and the first thing when I get to the office I received an email to see if I needed any help to complete my application. It didn’t feel like I was just a customer to bring in money through an automated process. It was good to feel valued as a customer.

I haven’t had much contact, but when I joined the staff were helpful with explaining my options of cover.
