Exceptional customer service during a stressful time with our sick dog. The live chat on the app is very easy to communicate on and Fetch were very responsive and always ready to help.

My precious 2 year old groodle Clover recently had an intestinal blockage and subsequent gastroenteritis. Admitted to SASH icu for 5 days with 2 scans a day, nasal gastric tube for feeds, multiple medications and specialists, I don’t know what we would have done without Fetch. The ability to say yes to every suggested treatment was so comforting, knowing Fetch had our backs. We have used Fetch for small ailments and had absolute faith that we would be ok with this major incident and we were right. A bill of over $11k was presented and within 1 days we were assured it was 80% covered and within 2 days we had our refund. Today clover is on a slow road to recovery and had a short walk where ( due to her shaved bits) we got stopped several times by other fog owners to ask what happened. Every single one asked about pet insurance and who we used, I had no hesitation in recommending Fetch.

Claimed for accidental ingestion of large quantity of raisins. Payment for emergency vet services came through no issues the next day. Very nice and helpful staff – real vet nurses – on the chat line too. I was a little nervous of Fetch given my usually vet didn’t know anything about them but they are the real deal. We have been apart of the fetch team for a little over a year now for our American Staffy. We have had a few unwanted vet visits but Fetch have been so great to deal with. Always available in the app to chat, up front about claims, and claims paid super fast. I would recommend Fetch highly for your pets.

Once the claim was submitted and everything confirmed it could have been easier and simpler and money deposited within 24 hours. It takes all the stress of your pet being in hospital and allows you to focus on their recovery bad getting them everything they need.

Im a new member to fetch but so far its been a great. Easy to follow instructions to sign up and great options for value for all ranges of customers on a budget.I highly recommend for those that love the pets to so they get help they need to live there best life:)

Thank you Fetch for making one of the worst weeks of our lives a little less stressful. When our puppy needed surgery, Fetch quickly approved our claim so we never had to worry about whether we could afford the care she needed. Sam from support even checked in afterward to make sure the surgery went well, which was extremely kind. You never want to use your insurance because it means something has gone wrong, but it’s reassuring to know that when you do need it, the team genuinely cares about your dog’s welfare.

Amazingly fast claim service. Our vet visit was on Saturday afternoon, and the claim has been approved and the money received by us on Monday morning. Thank you

Hi Guys would just like to tell you what a fantastic insurance company you are to deal with. I can’t actually believe how easy it is to deal with. Talk about lightning fast service this must set a record. Vet appointment was 9.45 this morning. It is now 2.30pm. Claim was put in approx 10.30am and has been processed and $$$ are already in my nominated account. Unbelievable service and 10 Star rating from me if that was possible. This is the 2nd time we have received this service from Fetch and since the first claim in April this year many of our friends have changed over to Fetch on our recommendations. Thankyou thankyou thankyou.

Don’t be fooled by the self described “cute” app presentation, using bright colours and emojis to make it seem like they are your friendly next door pet insurance… My personal opinion and experience is that of a cynical and unethical insurance company that will manipulate and squirm out of any claim it possibly can. It is my personal opinion and experience that they do everything they can to Delay, then Deny and then even Defend rejected claims as a business model. Shameful.

They even tried to silence my review, emailing constantly and fighting to have my review taken down, and failing that, to have it censored. Again, appearing to attempt to squirm out of taking responsibility.
