Avoid at all costs. Standard teeth cleaning procedure REJECTED despite >$125 per FORTNIGHT plan. Absolute rort and money grab. Shame on Woolworths.

I’ve only had to claim a couple of times but the experience is easy with Gap Only claiming as my vet does all the work Extremely happy with how quick the process is. Paying monthly by direct debit since 2022 Highly recommend

Both of the representatives I spoke to by telephone today were courteous and helpful. My call was to negotiate pricing, and, the company was willing to do so. Given the size of the company and my experiences with other large organisations, which are often quite rigid, I was pleasantly suprised! In addition, I’ve been happy with how quickly insurance claims have been handled.

I had the most amazing assistance from Ariel at Everyday Pet Insurance. He was most patient guiding me through the steps of renewal of my insurance. Mentioned both my babies by name which gives a personal touch. Everyday Pet Insurance should be proud to have him as an employee. This kind of service is hard to find. Thank you Ariel. Rude and unhelpful. I had cover with them for 2 pets for 5 years. I had my card details stolen online. They cancelled cover due to non payment. I called them to ask if I can reinstate OR take out new policy as they had details on record. Was treated like a criminally bad payer despite repeating the reason my card details were wrong and that I had to update email address due to hack! I never claimed once in the 5 years! Put me on hold for extended time so i hung up. Never again!!

This policy provides great value for money and thorough protection for our Fur Babies. I really love the “Gap only” offering that allows our vet to send the claim & docs directly to Woolies and within 15-20 mins have an outcome. We then only pay the remainder of the invoice meaning a significantly lower out of pocket spend.

Had it for over three years and never claimed. Realised I was paying about $1100 a year for one young dog. When I rang up to cancel the policy because nearly every other policy was so much cheaper some smarmy guy offered me one month free and started to argue with me about my policy!

We were concerned that the cost of pet insurance policy for our dog had risen considerably since last year and rang to ask if we could reduce the cover from Comprehensive Plus to Standard. The customer representative was polite and helpful. She took the time to explain the various levels of cover and the benefits involved and even offered a loyalty discount. We ended up staying with Comprehensive Plus because our dog, Beau had a bad allergic reaction to mould in the soil this year and there were a lot of vet bills and medications before he fully recovered. Also, being a Border Collie he tends to over-exert himself and can sometimes end up limping, so we’re glad that he’ll be staying on the Comprehensive Plus plan.

They don't value there customers or bad reviews

I took out woolworths pet insurance on the 9th of march 2025 through the woolworths app I have never received any points on my rewards card for all the fortnightly payments I have made I have never received 10% off one shop a month I have spoke to woolworths rewards regarding the issue the first they said I have to wait 40 days well i don’t know how lots of 40 days I need to wait I have also been on the woolworths app to send messages and they cant help me and I’m advised that some will call me with in 48 hours but the calls never came and I have been trying since may 2025 So today I made another phone call I pressed one as it stated for missing points after 18 minutes on hold I a consultant answered the call he couldn’t help me so he put me through to some one else she couldn’t help me then I was transferred through to a 3rd person she took me details then said that I need to speak to someone to do with missing reward points so I was once again put back in the queue for the 4th time finally someone picked up the phone just to tell me that I have to speak to someone from the pet insurance team i told her thst I had spoken to 3 people from the pet insurance team and I didn’t want to be transferred again so I told her not to bother and I hung up after wasting 55 minutes of my day and I received no help from anyone but they continued to take my money every fortnight im still waiting for someone from woolworths pet insurance to contact me regarding this issue its obvious to me that they don’t value there customers or bad reviews
