webmst007 They started out really well last year - 2024. We got our new Saint Bernard boy on board and about 8 months after his first insurance payments without incident he got an access behind his right eye. We got expert treatment and the condition was thankfully dealt with but left him with a cherry eye and made his eye droopy. Again, we got expert treatment involving a procedure on both eyes. Excellent outcome. Fetch paid 90% for all these bills. Then the trouble started. We insured our new second Saint Bernard puppy on the same plan. After about 6 months we had ear issues with both of them and they simply would not cover anything for either of them. Then we tried to get her eyes sorted out with the same issue as our boy - no chance - they would they cover her procedure. Everything from then on was "a pre-existing condition" and therefore not covered....

Cyril C. Be careful, it’s a scam !! Don’t use them … they make you pay for many many months (over a year) then do a pre existing condition report and remove most covers even most is nonsense! Stay away from them.

Don’t be fooled – Don’t be fooled by the self described “cute” app presentation, using bright colours and emojis to make it seem like they are your friendly next door pet insurance… My personal opinion and experience is that of a cynical and unethical insurance company that will manipulate and squirm out of any claim it possibly can. It is my personal opinion and experience that they do everything they can to Delay, then Deny and then even Defend rejected claims as a business model. Shameful. They even tried to silence my review, emailing constantly and fighting to have my review taken down, and failing that, to have it censored. Again, appearing to attempt to squirm out of taking responsibility.
