Sara G. Wouldn’t bother for a horse. I made a claim for ulcer treatment which they ‘accepted’ so the 12 month started from that day but due to the $1000 (!!!) excess I got no money back as the vet bill was $987 but my time started running and it only covers conditions once! Total scam so in reality they would never have to pay for ulcer treatment / also had to follow up the claim twice.

SMD78 Absolutely appalled by PetCover’s dishonesty and misrepresentation. We took out a policy in good faith, only to find that the cover did not match what was advertised or explained on the phone when we committed to purchasing the policy. Critical information was hidden in fine print, and when we lodged a claim, it was declined on grounds that completely contradicted the original policy advice. PetCover admitted their dishonesty and misrepresentation, yet still refused to honour the claim. The matter has now been referred to the ombudsman. We feel completely misled and let down. Worse, our puppy suffered needlessly purely because of their lies.

Bonnie6643 NOT WORTH IT WHEN THEY GET OLD AND NO LOYALTY – Our Boxer is now nearly 11 Excess $150 Age deduction 20% By the time I put the claim in for anaphylactic reaction for a bee sting: minimum back -$36.00 Arthritis diagnosis:- $150 excess 20% age discrimination (after 11 years of paying ) NOTHING BACK. :We pay $239.12 each month. Always a drama getting the paper work in. :My new car insurance for a $45k car is $60 per month :My home worth > $1mil $333.00 per month house insurance : BUPA health insurance for me $268 per month GO FIGURE- Should have negative stars because I’d give Petcover negative 5 stars Cancellation coming up and will put money into savings account.

Kellyb Pet cover for my babies – Been a part of pet cover for over 10 plus years it has been wonderful and my puppy and kitten families love the fact that they receive 6 weeks insurance for piece of mind its been wondeful.
