mitch Took out insurance for our greyhound 7 years ago at <$60 / month covering 80% of most conditions with a $100 condition excess. Fast forward to now and we are paying $204/ month at 65% and excessive condition excess. That's nearly $2500 annually. With the condition excess and only 65% coverage I need to spend over $4000 annually at the vets to break even on insurance (a scenario that hasn't happened over the period of insurance). I asked for a breakdown of the premium increase calculation and was told its "secret". No wonder the insurance industry has such a high standing. I've finally cancelled. Should have done it a few years ago.

Ian This company is a joke, Never made a claim since taking out the insurance for two dogs, the annual policy renewal came in with an increase of $509.28 per dog per year taking the annual premium to just under $3000. We had dental cover included in the original peace of mind policy they have changed our policy to a Nose to tail plan and removed dental as this is now an optional extra.

Steve A. WHAT A JOKE – Dealing with the offshore call centre is a joke, poor communication skills & lack of policy knowledge. Had the policy for 7yrs when the time comes to make a claim any excuse not to pay out (Typical Insurance). Pet insurance gives one a false sense of security. CANCELLED TODAY.......
