Amanda I had high hopes about this company that initially had good reviews. I have only now got a first claim in for one cat, the other I am onto my second and they are both small claims. I think they have been insured for over two years. What I get is obsfucation, lying about laws and regulations and lack of response. I will be really sad if a big claim came in because I imagine that would take weeks and months to just be assessed. This is not the great pet insurance that we needed in Australia sadly. Just like all the rest.

Lachlan I have my other pet insured with RCPCA they approved the claim in literaly 10 minutes while I waited at the vet. Knose was initially rejection, then I had to bring in clauses from their own PDS to their claims department they approved the claim after many months. The premiums are roughly on par. Very worried if it became a expensive claim.

Keeley I got my puppy from a breeder and she suggested Knose for pet insurance. I looked them up and they were very helpful on the phone and I took out insurance. Unfortunately, I had to take my puppy to the vet and.Knose we’re very good and kept me informed and answered any questions I had about my claim. I was very pleased with the outcome and the personal touch I received. Highly recommend them.

Crystal D. Shame I can’t give 0 stars – Buyer Beware. I just had a claim rejected by this lot as they claim it was a pre existing condition to which I disagree. If as a person I had a skin cancer on my left arm and then had one removed from my right arm, would this be preexisting? I don’t think so! They make you pay through the nose and the entity that is debiting my account has changed numerous times in the last year. The last 2 payments have been deducted from “PLANET FITNESS”, however it is supposedly a pet insurance company that my reputable veterinary clinic has never heard of! The claim process was also not 5 days, I had to follow up constantly and was asked for further documents which I sent immediately and 5 days later they had not been submitted yet when I called. I just joined RAC Pet Insurance and saved myself a considerable amount of money to what these con artists have been charging me. Taking advantage of pet owners at an already stressful time! I would give them no stars if this was an option.
